personal discovery

Let’s get right to it

The MLM experience, if we’re honest, becomes the richest of all environments for personal discovery and change.

Network marketing will expose you… to you, for adults, ready for change, that’s a good thing.   For children who think the plan, product or company, leads or a weekend at a generic training with a few 1000 peeps is going to make them successful, well… why waste the space here and your time.  This post isn’t for children.

Winning, if we are not winning, requires change… always a by-product of self-discovery.

Now the reason I put personal discovery in bold is simple.  Self-help books and courses are really “nice” but they really won’t make a difference, not in the long run.  Not without change.

People aren't inspired by copies of copies
People aren’t inspired by copies of copies

All the “self-help” gurus who talk about “personal growth” are, in the final analysis, just more “external” things that distance one from self-discovery, as change and discovery of your higher, more successful self come from within.  Self-help doesn’t have anything to do with personal discovery and change.   If it is to be “personal growth” and someone else is telling you what to think …then it’s anything but personal.  It’s fear.

Becoming a copy of a copy is not the path to change, and thinking Harry’s 7 Steps to Success or Jack’s 4 Point Plan… or believing quoting iconic figures will trigger change and success is lack of faith, (fear), in ourselves

How can I say that?

Simple.

When we look for something outside ourselves to believe in, it means we simply don’t believe in ourselves.   And if we don’t believe in ourselves, how can we, really, expect prospects or teammates to believe in us, to take our coaching, to trust us?  They can’t… so they don’t.

So that brings us to the video… and within the video is a challenge.  But within that challenge lies a glittering chance for self-discovery.

There are 2 parts to the challenge… I’ll only know if you meet the first one… the second one, completing the challenge is the “spot.”

What spot?

That wonderful spot where you get to self-discover, and I promise, if you take this simple challenge… not only will trust and success ooze from you in bigger volume each day, you’ll love helping others help themselves and find that spot.

It’s on you.

Take the challenge

keep giving to keep growing
