Referrals as strong MLM leads are so powerful for a lot of reasons. Let’s face it, if you are out of leads, you’re out of business.
Strong MLM Leads
Regardless of your pay plan, product or company and how great you believe them to be, it won’t matter if you don’t have anyone to talk to.
I was having a conversation with a good friend and one-time partner, John Cini, the million dollar whiz kid, about two weeks ago. John is one of the featured speakers in the upcoming Recruiting and Duplicating Mastery Summit along with 22 other multi-million dollar earners.
Anyway, we got to talking about leads and you’ve got to understand that John is this super savvy internet guy. So when he told me he had a little over 7000 people in his contacts on his phone I did a “huh?” … 7000?
His answer was, “yup”.
“You using some online magic thing with all those skills you have?”
“Nope, just getting lots of referrals.”
Hit me like a ton of bricks. Getting referrals is a simple skill I’d forgotten all about. We laughed as we agreed there really is no reason to ever be close to running out of free, premium strong MLM leads.
How does he do it? Same way I did it…
Make the Calls
It occurred to me that I’ve learned more from people like John about staying organized and filling the funnel and from Tom “Big Al” Schreiter about learning what to say than I did any other way. Let’s face it, the old saying, “it’s lonely at the top,” is really a lie. No one makes it to the top alone. By the way, Big Al is joining John at the Recruiting and Duplicating Mastery Summit this summer.
In the end, you’ve got to be a great storyteller because people hate sales pitches, love stories… BUT… they have an uncontrollable compulsion to hear a story that they think might improve their life.
I mean, really, what’s the point of getting referrals and strong MLM leads if we don’t know what to do?
Being a great story teller converts strong MLM leads into customers and distributors virtually effortlessly.
