How Diana Vreeland, Vogue and Fashion Make Successful MLMers

Vogue and MLM? Weird?

Not at all.

It’s not that winners do certain things, it’s that they do things in a certain way.

W. Clement Stone transformed the great Napoleon Hill’s (Think and Grow Rich – grab a free copy) career to Warp Factor 5… was my original trainer when I graduated college. Man, do I wish, often, that I knew what a massive break that was. Hey, I was 22 and happy to have a job, and I missed tons of brilliance for sure. But I did pick up a few things.

It’s hard to say that ‘this’ or ‘that’ was the KEY thing, but this was KEY for sure.

“R2A2,” Mr. Stone would say… over and over and over.

It means ‘Recognized, Relate, Assimilate, Apply” …which he taught to Hill. Stone and Hill were adamant that the real GOLD was in OPMs, (other people minds).

“There are more golden riches in the minds a few men than on the entire planet,” Stone would repeat. Urging us to pay attention.

He said if we would pay attention, that we’d see winning patterns everywhere and all we would have to do was:

Recognize them.
Relate the principle to our challenges.
Assimilate the wisdom of others.
Apply it to our business.

And as I struggled in 1994, I found the skills …and did better. But I knew it could be better, that I was missing something huge…

For a while I tried hard to figure it out, listened to other – ahem – leaders – who were making great money but working 50, 60 and 70 hours a week (don’t kid yourself, most of them do) …and I knew but struggled to find the solution.

Suddenly, I started thinking about Mr. Stone saying “R2A2” over and over.

Now as someone who lettered in 5 different sports and was, well, a jock, you wouldn’t think that Vogue Magazine held the answer. I mean, a fashion magazine?

Stone was right…

Diana Vreeland changed the world, really, via fashion… and 2 simple statements she made… once I R2A2 them, changed our business 180 degrees.

So what did she say? And what’s this big R2A2?

Simply put you’ve got to not only see it ...you’ve got to be it… right now.

And no, as I said, this isn’t some motivational nonsense. It’s the derivative of a No Fail Formula.

You simply must live there in your mind now…

Think and Grow Rich is not a book, and anyone who tells you it is, simply does not know it’s an exercise.

Some can work through it on their own… most cannot. If you want to grab early notification so you can go through it with other experienced folks, here you go… starts in June sometime.

Similar to Be, Do Have…

You are sooo right Mark. I chose something Old that is New again and I’m following in the footsteps of a man who is Chairman of the board and was #7 at Microsoft when he retired from them as a Billionaire. His comment was that after being involved with Microsoft from 1985 till about 2001 he got to have the feeling of the rush of being in the biggest company on Earth. He became Chairman of the Board in this company because as he says, he wants to feel that rush again! He went on to say it’s like winning the powerball twice in one life! He believes this will become the next biggest company on Earth! Who am I to argue with him?! I could but I recognize a great mind in another when I see it!

I mention this because dozens of the networkers I’ve told about my decision to join this outfit have told me I’m nuts to go back to an old thrice failed company. They don’t see what could be based on who the company is today. They chose to judge the future based on the past. I chose to see the future in a whole new light.

Proud to be a line of one person. Time to get new blood until the old blood can see for themselves.

Great comment on Napoleon Hill’s training manual!! It is not a book but an exercise! Amazing that he had such insight so long ago and nothing has really changed. Success is always the same. You need to live in vision and not in circumstance! The stronger the vision, the more likely your subconscious will lead you in that direction. It is so simple that it eludes most of us. I am working on the vision every day and the personal growth journey was worth getting involved in the network marketing industry. Even without the money it is worth the journey (now the money is a nice bonus!!:))

Way to go Mark J ! The first video literally gave me goose bumps. I am going to start to imagine our trip to visit, “work” and play in Hawaii for 2014 with the AWESOME Go90Grow TEAM. The videos with this years attentdees were an inspiring BONUS ! Success is about service- Mark J & the Go90Grow TEAM live it. I am greatful that I stumbled upon Go90Grow. It was meant to be. Some people preach that one should under promise and over deliver…LOL…that’s all Mark J and the Go90Grow team does ! Thank again for ALL that you do.
